Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using any Muqira product — including Muqira AI Studio, Muqira Flow, SEOventra, AlShorty, and Documateo (collectively, "Services"). It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account without refund.

Prohibited content

You may not use our Services to generate, store, transmit, or distribute content that: • Is illegal in the jurisdiction where it is created, hosted, or accessed • Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way — this is a zero-tolerance rule with no exceptions • Constitutes harassment, threats, or incitement to violence against any individual or group • Infringes another party's intellectual property, trademark, or publicity rights • Is defamatory, or knowingly and materially false in a way likely to cause harm • Promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremist violence, or organised crime • Contains malware, or is designed to gain unauthorised access to any system • Impersonates any person or entity in a misleading or fraudulent way • Constitutes spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communication

Prohibited use of AI features

In addition to the content rules above, when using Muqira AI Studio, Muqira Flow, or any AI-generation feature, you may not: • Use our Services to develop or improve a competing AI model • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or determine the underlying model, weights, system prompts, or training data of any AI provider we route to • Use generated content to impersonate a real person without their consent, including synthetic voice, image, or likeness • Use our Services for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on an individual (e.g. credit, employment, or medical decisions) without meaningful human review • Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any usage limit, rate limit, or plan-tier restriction • Use API keys, credentials, or access issued to you to resell access to underlying AI providers

Platform abuse

You may not: • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network related to our Services • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Services without prior written authorisation (see our Security Disclosure Policy for responsible disclosure) • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services, including through excessive automated requests • Circumvent any rate limit, quota, or access control • Use scraping, crawling, or data-extraction tools against our Services without prior written consent • Create multiple accounts to evade suspension, plan limits, or free-tier restrictions

Workflow and automation-specific rules

Muqira Flow lets you build automated, multi-step workflows, including ones that post to connected third-party accounts (social media, CMS platforms, messaging services) on your behalf. You are solely responsible for: • All content published through workflows connected to your accounts, even where AI-generated • Complying with each third-party platform's own terms of service and community guidelines • Ensuring you have the right to connect and act on behalf of any account or page you link to Muqira • Reviewing AI-generated content before publication where your workflow does not include a human-approval step Muqira is a tool; you remain the publisher of record for anything your workflows publish.

Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice: • Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations • Report illegal content to relevant authorities where required by law • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations We review reports of AUP violations promptly. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to address new risks or product features. Material changes will be communicated the same way as changes to our Terms of Service.
